Payment method and Cancellations
What is the payment method?
To confirm a booking on our website, you will be required to pay 100% of the stay's cost by credit card.
You must take into account the following points:
- Deposit: All bookings made through our website require a €100 deposit.
- Payment: Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be asked to complete the “5-Step Check-in”. One of the steps includes paying the €100 fee.
- Refund: We’ll process it automatically 7 days after your departure, provided no significant issues are found with cleanliness or damage—whether structural or to the contents—that go beyond normal wear and tear.
- 7 days after your departure, this €100 hold will be automatically released, provided there are no significant cleaning issues or damage to the structure or contents beyond normal wear and tear.
What is our cancellation policy?
- 15-Day Cancellation Policy: Reservations made through our website are subject to a 15-day cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel your booking more than 15 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund 100% of any amount you have paid.
- Bookings cancelled more than 15 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund of the amount paid up to that point, minus the fee charged by our payment gateway - Stripe.com, which is:
- 1.5% + €0.25 if the refund is made to a consumer VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Cartes Bancaires, and UnionPay card from an EU country, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.
- 1.9% + €0.25 if the refund is made to a commercial, corporate, or business VISA or MasterCard from an EU country, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.
- 2.5% + €0.25 if the refund is made to the United Kingdom.
- 3.25% + €0.25 if the refund is made to any other country not listed above.
- Bookings cancelled 15 days or less before the check-in date will not receive a refund.
Exception to the cancellation policy for website bookings
If, when there are 15 days or fewer before your arrival, you can duly provide evidence of illness affecting one of the guests, a cancelled flight, or the death of a first-degree relative, we will deduct the amount already paid from a new booking you make for the same property within 12 months of the cancelled reservation.
